Student will learn in a four hour mandatory Virtual setting or a classroom format what is the requirements for a Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL). Students will also learn Maryland State Gun Laws, fundamentals of shooting, gun nomenclature, disassemble/reassembly of handgun, storage, transporting firearm, firearm safety rules, cleaning the firearm, how to properly shoot their handgun, self defense and student will have a live-fire shooting session as required by Maryland State law. Participants will receive their HQL training certification (QHIC number needed to apply) after completion of the training session Once paid, class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and all sales are final. In order to reschedule, all students will be required to re-register and re-pay the class fee in full or agree to a $40 rescheduling fee. This is regardless of the cost of the training. Students will be notified of the location of the class a day prior to the start of the class. Due to current class size limitations, no exceptions will be made.
